Can antennas be used in explosion-endangered areas? Are the antennas equipped with protection against explosion?

In case of inappropriate handling (e.g. excessive input power), KATHREIN cannot rule out the possibility that sparks are ignited. Thus, the antennas are not equipped with direct explosion protection.
