Since 1994, KATHREIN-Werke KG has been acting as main sponsor of the TSV 1860 Rosenheim regional league football team, in doing so significantly supporting the Upper Bavarian sport’s club cultivation of new talents. On the occasion of the sponsorship contract’s renewal until 2010, division manager Hans Klinger expressed his gratitude (left in picture) towards Prof. Dr. Anton Kathrein (right) for his unfailing aid. True to the company motto “rooted in Bavaria, at home in the world”, KATHREIN primarily sponsors regional athletes and sports clubs. “Our slogan is ‘dynamic in sports and technology’ and thus our main focus is placed on dynamic sports, in which we as an innovative company can promote the training of young talents. The football division of TSV 1860 Rosenheim fits our profile perfectly“, stated Prof. Dr. Anton Kathrein, summarising their long partnership.
